We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector/Resident Project Representative (RPR) to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance during the construction of civil engineering projects. Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in the inspection and construction oversight of civil engineering projects
  • LADOTD Certifications in any of the following is preferred:
    • Embankment and Base Course
    • PCC Paving
    • Asphalt Concrete Mixture (ACM) Paving
    • Structural Concrete
  • Knowledgeable in the latest edition of the Louisiana Standard Specification for Roads and Bridges
  • Knowledgeable in various regulatory standards
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Knowledgeable in necessary material testing requirements
  • Proficiency in inspection tools and software (e.g., Procore, Headlight and/or MS Office)
  • Proficient in the use of computers and iPads
  • Excellent verbal communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection tasks
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license
