Responsibilities:

• Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
• Research and document maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, to establish comprehensive requirements for specific aircraft models.
• Conduct on-aircraft inspections and research to accurately document aircraft configuration.
• Prepare reports on maintenance requirements for customer visits.
• Support Quality Inspectors by performing inspection duties and returning aircraft to service upon approval.
• Ensure all work packages, records, and regulatory paperwork are complete and approved.
• Perform walk-around inspections and return-to-service checks to meet airworthiness standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Provide data and reports to customers as needed.
Qualifications:
• Valid A&P Certificate.
• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
• At least 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft.
• Minimum 1 year as a Quality Inspector.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic decision-making abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on results.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to develop self and others.
• Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
