Job Summary: The Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of products through rigorous assessments and adherence to company and industry standards. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining records to support continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Identify and report quality deficiencies and deviations from specifications.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in investigating product complaints and provide support for corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audit results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Utilize measurement tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
