Debbie's Staffing is recruiting Inspector/Packer Associates for our client in Mooresville, NC. The role involves inspecting and packaging material to specification and shipping to meet customer needs.

Shift: Monday-Friday 2:50pm-11:00pm. Must be open to working Saturdays when needed. Pay: $16/hour with weekly pay. Opportunities to grow within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack the product in the box according to the product specifications.
• Pack boxes on skid for shipping.

• Control break time per company policy (two 10‑minute breaks + one 20‑minute break).
• Monitor the production line.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job Summary: Inspect and package material to specification. Assure the product meets the requirement per the packing instructions, labels, manufacturing specifications and shipping to meet the needs of the customer.

Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

• Pack the product in the box according to the product specifications.
• Pack boxes on skid for shipping.
• Inspect and sort products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Control break time to match the company policy of two ten-minute breaks and one twenty-minute break per shift.
• Monitor the production line.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:
