Job summary

Nosco in Bristol, PA is seeking an Inspection Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift. You will actively monitor production efficiency and quality, troubleshoot equipment, and perform necessary testing and corrective actions.

You will also help minimize remakes by identifying issues quickly and document all steps per SOP. The role requires a mechanical background and at least one year of lift truck experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work across long shifts while maintaining high

  • Perform clean-up and maintenance per SOP; sustain high productivity and set up/run speeds.

About This Job…

Nosco is looking for an Inspection Operator at our Bristol, PA facility on 2nd and 3rd shift.

In this role, you will…
  • Actively monitor production efficiency and quality. Complete all documentation and reporting accurately.
  • Troubleshoot machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up. Perform testing as required and understand what corrective actions could be necessary to achieve passing results.
  • Assist in minimizing the scope of remakes (identifying problems in a timely fashion through attributing).
  • Perform clean-up/maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP.
  • Perform and sustain a high rate of productivity. Meet expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads.
Success factors…
  • Must have good interpersonal skills to be able to freely communicate with all production staff.
  • Must have good mechanical background.
  • Must have lift truck operating experience, at least one year
  • Physical requirements: Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Long periods of concentration.
  • Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
