Pratt & Whitney Columbus, GA is seeking an Inspector to inspect engine components using precision measurement tools and to document validation results for engine assembly and maintenance. You will contribute to meeting production and inspection goals and support continuous improvement within a safety‑driven facility.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years in a technical environment, with preferred certifications or experience in engine overhaul or repair workflows.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, inspection, aviation, military, or other technical environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, Powerplant (P) Certificate or Repairman Certificate.
• FAA 8130-3 Authorized Experience issuing and signing FAA Form 8130-3
• Experience within engine overhaul, inspection or repair
• Proficiency using precision measuring tools
• Strong ability to identify and resolve configuration and compatibility issues.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or RTX’s CORE Operating System.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and SAP
