APS Tech LLC is seeking a detail-oriented entry-level Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, this position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, first-piece inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.

In this role, you will perform first-piece, in-process, receiving, and final inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and internal quality standards. You will maintain accurate inspection records and ensure all required certifications and documentation are complete before products are released for shipment.
You will use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, verniers, height stands, gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify product dimensions and quality. You will also help maintain inspection fixtures, gauges, and measuring devices to ensure accurate measurements and reliable documentation.
Additional responsibilities include preparing shipping documentation, assisting with loading and unloading materials as needed, performing receiving inspections, and occasionally making deliveries to customers or vendors. You will also support general housekeeping and other departmental duties as assigned.
