Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Clearwater, FL seeks an Inspector - Level 2 to ensure aerospace product quality and regulatory compliance. You will report to the Quality Manager and work on-site at our Clearwater location, performing inspections and documenting results.

Job description

As an Inspector - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aerospace products. Your expertise will help maintain the highest standards of safety and reliability in our operations, contributing to the success of our aerospace initiatives.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and company standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and trust in our aerospace solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of aerospace components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations such as AS9100 and FAA requirements.
