Qualifications

• Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
• Grow our business by selling services.
• Inspecting customer homes to determine needed services.
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers.
• Networking and cold calling to generate sales leads.
• Telephone prospecting and appointment setting.
• Accurate and timely completion of all sales paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer homes to assess required pest prevention and related services.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals for Residential and Commercial services.
• Develop new business through networking and cold calls while maintaining existing customers.
• Prospect via phone and in-person meetings to set appointments and close deals.
• Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation and follow-through.
