Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and related experience.
• 4+ years in inspections, quality control, auditing, or compliance.
• Knowledge of applicable child welfare laws and regulations.
• Experience organizing and managing data and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections and audits of facilities and processes.
• Identify risks, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Compare practices to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate safety, quality control, and workflow processes.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections and follow-up evaluations.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance best practices.
• Oversee implementation of improvements and track effectiveness.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions.
• Stay updated on evolving regulations and industry standards.
