Job summary

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, is seeking an Inspector to evaluate components for compliance with HydraForce specifications and to document results. The role includes reporting non-conformances, communicating production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Typical duties include using precision measuring tools, following inspection plans, and recording data in standard software. The position requires 1–3 years in mechanical inspection and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• 1–3 years’ experience in mechanical inspection and manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow inspection processes and plans
• Previous experience with quality control equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges preferred
• Proficient with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Some experience with technical specifications and blueprints
• The ability to see details at close range
• Work independently with little supervision
• Exhibit ethical independence and judgment of the parts and process
• Clear communication

Responsibilities

Job Description

Inspects and evaluates components to determine if they are compliant to all HydraForce specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time
• Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
• Working with small parts
• Repetitive hand/arm use

Work Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Some of the work time is spent in a warehouse environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, and noise level can be moderate to high

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
