Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine and utilize inspection procedures and set up necessary inspection tools and equipment.
• Perform first piece, patrol, PCA and final inspections on electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Inspect castings, forgings, machined parts and sheetmetal fabrications for conformance to specs.
• Conduct non-destructive inspections (dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic) and review X-ray film.
• Record deviations, notify supervision, and recommend remedial actions.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean, orderly condition.
