Job summary

The Inspector, Associate at The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. is responsible for ensuring in-process and completed railcar work meets all company, customer, and industry requirements. You will perform inspections, document non-conformances, and help maintain safety standards on site.

Work includes following the inspection plan, providing guidance to the workforce, and liaising with customers on technical issues while maintaining positive relations and compliance with EH&S rules.

Qualifications

Summary

The Inspector, Associate is responsible for ensuring that in-process and completed work on railcars or railcar parts meet or exceed all Greenbrier, customer, and the Association of American Railroads requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.
