Job summary

Required to cross train across company departments based on business needs.***PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**** Reads blueprints and specifications* Dimensionally inspects, tests, or measures materials or products being produced* Measures products with rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, tape measure, or Pi tape* Accepts or rejects finished or Raw Material items* Removes all products and materials that fail to meet specifications* Discusses inspection results with Dept. Supervisor, Area Leader, and Dept. Engineer* Reports inspection and test data as needed. Enter into NC Log database* Follows all Work instructions for performing Final Inspection criteria and Non-conforming product* Prints material certifications for customer orders as required* Prepares all necessary shipment paperwork as required* Performs additional training duties as requested* Packages orders for customer shipments as required* Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.* Qualified for PMI inspection.
