Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Inspector - 1 Shift in Attleboro, MA to support the Quality Department across manufacturing processes. You will perform inspections from raw materials to finished goods, document findings, and initiate NCMRs and CoCs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of GD&T experience, hands-on tool proficiency, and knowledge of aerospace quality systems. This position offers a day shift, 40 hours per week, and a path for career growth in a reputable aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of GD&T experience with hands-on application
• Technical training courses in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, and indicators
• Knowledge of aerospace quality management systems and industry standards like AS9100/ISO9001
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods
• Identify and document material defects and workmanship issues using visual, mechanical, dimensional, and functional inspection techniques
• Initiate nonconformance material reports (NCMR) and generate Certificates of Conformance (CoC)
• Conduct incoming inspections, first article inspections, in-process release inspections, and final QA release of finished products
• Ensure all inspections and procedures are properly documented following GDP practices and industry standards

As an Inspector - 1 Shift, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $22-24

Shift: Days (40 hours)
