Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Inspector in Hartland, WI for a contract-to-hire role. You will oversee incoming component inspections, perform in-line and in-process quality checks, and manage sample lots and batch records while supporting rework activities.

You will ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, FDA regulations, and quality processes, documenting all inspections and contributing to continuous improvement in a highly regulated medical product environment.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting inspections and batch records.
• Ability to manage multiple samples and packaging components.

Job Title: Inspector

Job Description

As an Inspector, you will oversee all incoming component inspections, conduct in-line and in-process checks, issue labels, and manage any special projects that require inspection. You will also handle AQL inspections in response to customer complaints and participate in rework activities. The role involves managing over 1200 samples for a production lot, performing quality checks of medical products throughout the manufacturing and packaging process, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
