• Maintain 5S compliant, clean work area and records.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operate inspection measurement tooling.
• Perform in-process and/or final inspection including mechanical, electrical, performance, leak testing and appearance of the following categories:
• Component machining, forming or welding
• Compressors, air units, vessels, valves
• Electrical assemblies and components
• Any complex mechanical and electrical assembly of discrete smaller assemblies and components
• Ensures that individuals responsible for non-conformities are constructively educated as to the nature of the non-conformity and the correction required for acceptance.
• Responsibility for completion of appropriate inspection records.
• Determine conformance or non-conformance to drawing, purchase order, Engineering specs, test procedures, etc. as applicable.
• Completion of rejected material reports and inspection tags.
• Perform necessary material handling associated with the job.
• Operate and calibrate test equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and equipment according to 5S standards.
• Maintain necessary time, quality, quantity and other records.
• May be called upon to participate within special work teams performing various team related duties. Including Kaizen events, 5S programs and problem solving exercises.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures and JHRA’s.

HOURLY RANGE: $30.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
