This position is responsible for monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, quality standards, and applicable codes throughout all phases of construction.
The successful candidate will perform field inspections, witness testing activities, document inspection results, identify non-conforming work, and coordinate with contractors, project teams, and client representatives to support quality assurance and project delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of construction methods, engineering drawings, quality control procedures and regulatory requirements, along with excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
