Courtyard - Cypress is seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand, safety, and cleanliness standards. You will support room attendants, provide feedback, and resolve housekeeping issues throughout the shift.

You will lead by example with hands-on involvement, coach staff on procedures, and help maintain high quality while coordinating with the front desk and management across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or inspections is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
