Position OverviewWe’re hiring an Inspection Technician to join our field service team. In this vital customer-facing role, you’ll help ensure that security systems are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. You’ll perform system inspections, conduct basic maintenance, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test customer alarm systems, including sensors, motion detectors, and smoke detectors.
• Change system batteries as needed.
• Learn and utilize software systems such as Sedona and Building Reports.
• Accurately document inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues, as trained.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• NICET or IPSI certification preferred—or willingness to obtain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background and driving record checks.
