INSPECTION MANAGER - Remote Position

About GIS Field Services

GIS Field Services was formed in 1998 and is based in Dallas, TX. GIS provides mortgage field services across five states: Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas. We offer various inspection types, including Exterior Occupancy Verification, Interior Vacant Walk Through, Insurance Loss Draft, Disaster, Bankruptcy, and Sale Date.

• Operational knowledge in the Mortgage Field Services industry
• College Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables
• Extensive knowledge of InspectorADE back-office system

Responsibilities of the Inspection Manager:

1. Daily Inspector Updates: Manage inspector network, send late work requests, maintain dashboards, communicate with inspectors and senior management.
2. Past Due Inspections: Identify and follow up on aged inspections, ensure completion.
3. Inspection Management: Reassign work, coordinate pay for out-of-territory inspections.
4. Follow-Up: Ensure correction actions are completed, communicate with clients and inspectors.
5. New Hire Management: Track new hires, ensure onboarding tasks are completed, follow up on progress.
6. Unassigned Queue: Assign orders, coordinate pricing and coverage, communicate with VP of Operations.
7. Client Communication: Provide daily status updates on inspections.
8. Additional Tasks: Assist senior management with ad hoc tasks and cover when needed.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. This is a remote position.
