Job summary

KNU, LLC is seeking an Inspection Associate for our Cannelton, Indiana location. You will inspect sewn and finished products to ensure quality standards and communicate issues to the Upholstery Supervisor in a fast-paced upholstery environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing production tags for fabric and mechanism verification, performing kick-out operation tests, and being willing to cross-train in all quality departments as production dictates.

Job Title:Inspection

Reports to: Quality Supervisor

Our Quality Associates work in a high volume and fast paced upholstery and sewing environment.
Job Requirements:

• Inspect sewn product and finished product to ensure conformity to quality standards
• Review production tag for verification of correct fabric, mechanism, etc.
• Communicate with Upholstery Supervisor on flawed product
• Perform testing of the kick out operation, which includes sitting in unit, raising and lowering kick out, then returning to standing position
