Steptoe offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits within a collegial culture that emphasizes training, mentorship, and professional growth. The expected salary for this position is $235,000 - $310,000, depending on experience.

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. Admission to the New York Bar, active and in good standing, is also required.
