Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking entry-level InSite Technicians to join our safety‑driven team in Houston, TX. You will perform a range of waste handling tasks at customer sites, supported by thorough training to ensure safety and compliance.

This role offers hands-on experience in chemical bulking, packaging, spill response, forklift operation, and waste profiling, with growth opportunities as you learn and advance within Clean Harbors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Grade 4 Industrial Wastewater License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making waste pickups throughout a customer's facility.
• Conducting chemical bulking and consolidation.
• Packaging and labeling waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Participating in spill response on customer's site as needed.
• Operating forklifts.
• Inspecting drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles.
• Completing waste stream sampling and profiling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

InSite Technicians perform a wide range of tasks, including:

• Making waste pickups throughout a customer's facility;
• Conducting chemical bulking and consolidation;
• Packaging and labeling waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance;
• Participating in spill response on customer's site as needed;
• Operating forklifts;
• Inspecting drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance;

QUALIFICATIONS
