ROLE

Reporting to the Global VP Customer Success, the Insights & Analytics Manager holds a pivotal position in the organization. They contribute to the company’s prospecting efforts while providing thorough analysis, insights, and recommendations related to top-priority industries and/or advertisers identified by the local Sales leads. They are responsible for developing and advancing our local-territorial expertise fueled by geo-spatial data. Additionally, they support our Account Management teams during post-sales. Their focus aligns with the sales’ prospecting targets and existing client segmentation, primarily working with Tier 1 prospects and clients as defined by local Sales Leads and Planhat client tiering.

The preferred work arrangement is a hybrid schedule based out of the Miami office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-sales:

  • Provides market insights and trends based on internal data to the Sales team to accelerate deal closures. Industries/verticals will be defined with Sales leads each year.
  • Works with the Marketing Team to develop content strategies, providing relevant data-driven content.
  • Assists in or leads product demos (Locala Planning) focusing on Tier 1 prospects.
  • Creates custom decks for Tier 1 prospects.
  • Provides ongoing input to sales leads on enhancing insights and analytics offerings.
  • Responsible for technical improvements of sales enablement collateral in collaboration with the Sales enablement team.

Post-sales:

  • Works with local Customer Success leads to develop measurement insights reports.
  • Co-develops and presents post-sales reports for Tier 1 clients.
  • Trains Account Managers on using advanced insights to drive upsell opportunities.
  • Develops upsell recommendations for Tier 1 clients to foster loyalty.
  • Co-develops and presents QBR/YBR for Tier 1 clients.
  • Provides Tableau training for Account Managers and documents data retrieval processes.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in ad tech/digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of the media agency landscape.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.
