Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in analytics, BI, finance, forecasting, reporting, or related analytical functions.
• Proven experience developing reports, dashboards, and analyses that drive decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, and other functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
