Position Summary

The Account Development Specialist is responsible for inside, outbound, telephone sales calls, in order to provide Nth Generation's outside Account Executives with fresh, qualified leads with the ultimate goal of scheduling face-to-face appointments. This position will develop net new clients for Nth, and strategically reengage inactive client accounts. The Account Development Specialist is paid a base hourly rate plus commissions and carries a quota based on the number of "Qualified Leads" generated. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales.

As an Account Development Specialist, this is a Non-Exempt position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude, but not limited to, the following:

Develop new business and regenerate interest from inactive client accounts, by means of cold-calling, emailing, and social media cadences.

Collaborate with the Account Executives and the Marketing team to help drive prospects to company events.

Pull and scrub leads lists from B2B data platforms, while setting appropriate filters and parameters, to develop targeted prospect lists.

Maintain communications, along with an organized leads database and CRM, using the tools provided by Nth Generation. Leads may be generated by any of the following: list pulled from online databases, Nth Account Executives, marketing campaigns, partner manufacturers, and/or 3rd party campaigns.

Provide pertinent notes within these databases, regarding client needs, budgets, and timelines.
