Job summary

You will provide behavioral science expertise across intelligence, counterintelligence, security, and law enforcement communities; conduct assessments; develop training; and produce reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current unrestricted psychology license in the United States.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 10 years of operational or national security psychology experience.
• Strong report writing, interviewing, and consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral science expertise supporting insider threat and personnel security activities.
• Conduct direct and indirect psychological assessments and evaluate behavioral risk indicators.
• Collaborate with security, law enforcement, and investigative stakeholders on complex cases.
• Develop and deliver training, briefings, and educational programs.
• Conduct research, policy reviews, literature reviews, and validation studies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for leadership.
