Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is actively seeking a Senior Insider Risk Analyst to strengthen and mature our Insider Risk Program. You will investigate insider threats, analyze security events, and work with IT, HR, Legal, and business units to protect critical data and systems.

Join a collaborative Information Security team and help mature detection capabilities while partnering across the organization. Location is hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) in Temple City, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insider risk, insider threat, security operations, investigations, fraud, or risk analysis.
• Experience with DLP, user activity monitoring, UEBA, or other security monitoring technologies.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to evaluate complex security events and actions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and security best practices.
• Financial services or banking industry experience is preferred.

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to insider risk, DLP, and security alerts to identify potential threats and policy violations.
• Conduct investigations involving unauthorized access, data loss, fraud, or other insider risk activities while documenting findings and recommending next steps.
• Improve detection capabilities by refining security monitoring rules, insider risk use cases, and response procedures.
• Partner with Information Security, IT, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to support investigations and risk mitigation efforts.
• Promote security awareness through training initiatives and contribute to ongoing insider risk program improvements.

Our client is looking for a Senior Insider Risk Analyst to help strengthen and mature their Insider Risk Program. Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $74,000 –$86,000 annually, plus bonus.
