Job summary

FASTSIGNS of East Norriton Township in Pennsylvania is hiring a Hybrid Inside/Outside Sales Representative. You will engage walk-in and phone customers, meet clients on-site, and grow our local market through prospecting and relationship-building.

The role combines center-based customer service with field visits to sites, offices, and events to close deals. Prior sales experience and a valid driver’s license are valued as you drive signage solutions and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of sales experience inside sales, outside/B2B sales, or retail/customer-facing sales.
• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, determining signage needs and providing recommendations and quotes.
• Prepare estimates, process work orders, and coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively prospect for new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and local market outreach.
• Travel to job sites, businesses, and prospect locations for site surveys and in-person sales meetings (no overnight travel).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with current customers to drive repeat and referral business.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to recommend signage and graphics solutions.
• Create special orders, negotiate pricing, and close sales promptly.
• Maintain records in CRM/POS including contacts, quotes, follow-ups.
• Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to center-wide sales goals.
• Help maintain an attractive, organized retail/showroom environment.

About the Role FASTSIGNS of East Norriton Township in Pennsylvania is hiring a Hybrid Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the variety of building relationships with walk‑in and phone customers in the center and getting out into the local market to meet with clients face‑to‑face, prospect for new business, and close deals on‑site. You'll wear both hats starting your day helping customers in the center and heading out to job sites, offices, and networking events to grow our customer base.

What You'll Do

Ideal Background

1 to 3+ years of sales experience inside sales, outside/B2B sales, or retail/customer‑facing sales

Prior experience working in signs or related industry is highly proffered

Comfortable both on the phone/in‑person at the counter and out prospecting in the field

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule between center and field responsibilities

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, CRM/POS systems)

High school diploma or GED required; college preferred
