We employ nearly 800 talented individuals across three manufacturing facilities, 12 retail showrooms, and a global distribution network. We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Upholsterer for our Upholstery Manufacturing facility in Archdale, NC.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Inside Upholstery for fine custom furniture (fabric and leather)
• Ability to read production tickets and special instructions
• Proficiency with tools such as staple gun, scissors, regulator, button needle, staple puller, pliers, tape measure, etc.
• Apply the correct amount of cotton and rubber in the seat, inside back, and arms, then cover with fabric to complete the upholstery
• Ensure fabric is smooth and fits the frame properly
• All pleats should be short and uniform
• Complete pieces on time according to production schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Scan completed and approved pieces for outsourcing
