Job summary

Dover Food Retail is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, configure, calibrate, and repair our advanced display cases, refrigeration and merchandising systems at customer sites across the region. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform maintenance, and determine when upgrades are needed, with on-site training for customer staff as needed.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay range ($36.00–$43.00) and eligibility for commissions based on performance.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions. Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced. May provide onsite training for customer support personnel. A Support 3 requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
