Description

Rainbow Restoration seeks a result-driven individual to develop opportunities by calling on industry partners. The Inside Salesperson will initiate conversations, develop relationships, and schedule in-person meetings with Rainbow Restoration owners or upper management to generate future business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside/outside sales or customer service and relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to use CRM software effectively after training.

Hours and Compensation

Flexible hours, with outreach between 8am-5pm M-F. Expected commitment of 20-30 hours/week, with additional opportunities based on results.

Compensation: $18/hr plus bonuses and commissions based on lead-generated revenue.
