Description

  • Want to make real estate income without real estate stress? Want a steady stream of income without having to drive around, cold prospect or have to pay for your own marketing?
  • We offer a 40-hour a week, base pay plus commission
  • We seek highly driven Appointment Setter to follow up with Motivated Seller and Buyer Leads and convert them to appointments for agents
  • All equipment is provided for you! All you need to get on your own is your real estate license!
  • Book at least 3 appts per day, you’ll earn $80,000 to $95,000 per year!
  • We are a company that believes in training and coaching forever, so even if you have never been in real estate,

Eligible for Health benefits, SEP Fund, Paid Time Off, and Vacation Days after 90 days.

  • Available shifts: 9 - 5 pm OR 10:30 - 6:30 pm
  • Must work at least (2) 10:30 - 6:30 pm shifts per week, for which you will earn an additional (4) PTO days per year!
  • (1) Saturday 10 - 6 pm per month required (of the Wednesday prior)
  • (10) PTO Days + (4) Additionally Earned PTO Days and (7) Major Holidays paid
  • PTO days are annually prorated
Responsibilities
  • No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries and requests
  • Set appointments for our outside sales team
  • No marketing or advertising necessary
  • All buyer and seller leads supplied
  • Accountability and daily reporting
Qualifications
  • Must have or be willing to obtain your real estate license
  • Must have previous Sales Experience
  • A great attitude. Some customer service sales calling experience
  • Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated
  • Self-disciplined. Able to follow directions
