Job summary

RW Connection, a distributor of industrial supplies, seeks an Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our Glen Burnie, MD team. The role spans inside sales, counter sales, warehouse fulfillment, inventory, and branch support in a hands-on, small-team environment.

Responsibilities include customer service, order processing, quotes, and coordinating branch activities. The position is non-exempt with overtime eligibility; a benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, counter sales, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on role.
• Strong communication, reliable follow-through, attention to detail, and a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare accurate quotes, enter sales orders, check pricing and availability, and communicate lead times.
• Process counter transactions and payments following company procedures.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, backorders, returns, and information requests until resolved.
• Build customer relationships through responsive service and follow-through.
