You will handle quotes and orders, manage inventory, and liaise between manufacturers, customers, and our Sales team. Role:

As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department at Ambient HVAC Supply, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You’ll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction. Responsibilities:

• Set up quotes for customer pricing.
• Answer customer calls and identify parts.
• Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
• Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
• Follow all company safety programs.
• Support warehouse operations by receiving and processing incoming inventory, verifying accuracy, and stocking products in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring orders are accurately packed, documented, and shipped on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient daily operations.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Great communication skills.
• Organizational skills.

Estimated compensation: $60-75k/yr with flexibility based on experience and skills.
