Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take orders by phone, email, or walk-in.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on technical products and sales processes.
• Promote Motion's products to existing customers to generate sales.
• Negotiate pricing within parameters to protect gross profit.
• Maintain relationships, resolve queries, and assist with billing and orders.
• Assist with inventory and order fulfillment as needed.
• Provide coaching to junior team members and support cross-functional teams.
