Candidates should possess a strong business acumen and a flare for customer service. They must also have the initiative and flexibility to work in a busy sales environment. A bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college is preferred.

The position involves following activities that include but are not limited to:

1. Receiving verbal and electronic requests for technical information
2. Communicating with management about various order specifications and content
3. Creating submissions for the Order Entry process and other customer-focused administration
4. Following instructions for related product orders from supervisors and others requesting documentation
5. Performing related backup roles within the department
