Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to join the Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin. You will collaborate with customer service leaders to ensure accurate information, respond to inquiries, and help drive order accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes customer communication, knowledge of window products, and using AS400 and Microsoft Office tools to support sales and service objectives.

Qualificações

• 6 months’ prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of window products and window quoting systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High regard for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Handle returns or complaints while recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints.
• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.

Currently, we are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Support person to work collaboratively with our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin.

About The Position

• Work with customer service manager and leaders to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Qualifications

• Knowledge of window products, window quoting systems, and AS400 is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High regard for accuracy
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $21 and $28 per hour, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
