RS Americas is seeking a Sales Support Specialist within the Inside Sales function. You will drive revenue growth by providing proactive administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate data for reporting.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements, onboarding new clients, and maintaining high accuracy in documentation and CRM

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a sales support or administrative role in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM and order processing workflows is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

The Sales Support Specialist is a key partner in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency within the Inside Sales function. This role goes beyond administrative tasks, serving as a strategic enabler for the sales team by leveraging data insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The position requires strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives that improve sales productivity and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers and route them to the appropriate team member.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with product availability checks for customer orders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM and order management systems.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
