About The Role
WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for an Inside Sales Supervisor to join our Inside Sales Team in Duluth, GA. This role will work alongside a team of supervisors and support a specific territory. Daily tasks include coaching and developing your team. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth from new and existing customers, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This role also involves ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and orders are completed. It is important to ramp up on the WEG product line and market to assist throughout the sales cycle. Prior experience handling various sales issues such as back orders, pricing, order entry, delivery methods, and shipping costs for industrial equipment is a plus.
