Job description

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in tech to join our Sales Team. At InMotion Hosting, you’ll receive warm leads via phone, email, and live chat. Your role will be to understand prospective customers’ needs and recommend the best hosting solutions for their business or personal needs.

This is a salary plus commission role with no cold calling and no cap on earnings. New Sales Specialists receive 8 weeks of comprehensive training to build confidence with our products and sales structure. We offer a supportive and engaging sales environment where collaboration and customer-focused service are key.

This role can be filled remotely or from one of our offices. The current opening is for a Saturday - Wednesday shift.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess the needs of warm leads that come to you through phone, email, and live chats to identify the appropriate sales opportunity
  • Build your sales pipeline through regular follow ups with potential customers
  • Input and track leads in an established CRM system
  • Assist newly sold clients with the setup and first steps of the onboarding process
  • Continue to expand upon your hosting knowledge and the sales process through product and sales trainings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a technical sales role, preferably in high volume environment selling technical services or subscription based products
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • The desire to thrill every lead through excellent customer service
  • The ability to analyze business needs of a client as it relates to our products
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • A sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Personal or professional experience with web hosting and/or web design services a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Remote

The annual salary for this position is $50,000 base plus uncapped commission.
