Job summary

Commercial Tire Inc in Tri-Cities, WA is seeking an Inside Sales professional to identify customer needs, quote prices, and deliver service with professionalism. You will work with tire and automotive service teams, support store goals, handle follow-ups on special orders, and help maintain clean work areas while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ tire experience and sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone.
• Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests.
• Maintain store goals related to CFNA applications, tire units, alignment units, and lube ticket averages.
• Inspect and diagnose service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs or tire replacements.
• May support alignments, lube shop and tire shop.
• Collaborate with Salesmen to ensure account requirements are met.
• Notify customers on special order follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to maximize sales within current customers and suggest additional services.
• Monitor customer wait times to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with administrative duties, inventory, receiving, warehousing, and delivery.
