Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, from prescription to device activation
- Track and document patient progress in the sales pipeline
- Analyze data to prioritize leads and drive business impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and patient support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute innovative solutions
Qualifications (Required)
- Associate’s Degree
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive leads through the sales cycle
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the managed care industry
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
