Job summary

DistributionNOW is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide technical sales support and coordinate with customers and vendors. You will manage order creation, processing, and invoicing, while building strong relationships to grow market share in drilling and production sectors.

You will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, maintain records, and deliver high-quality service to customers and co-workers with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; drilling/production knowledge preferred.
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Service drilling and/or production accounts.
• Support sales team in administrative tasks.
• Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders.
• Responsible for entire order process, including order creation through delivery paperwork, and maintaining organized records.
• Accurately create work orders and process invoices.
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
• Directly support business development efforts to cultivate and grow customer base.
• Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
• Other duties, as assigned.
