What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) promptly and professionally
- Conduct outreach to new prospects via outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Book a minimum of 2 appointments per week for senior sales colleagues on large opportunities
- Maintain accurate updates in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline, opportunity stages, and activity tracking
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar B2B role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and goals in assigned projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport remotely
- Familiarity with various software CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Applications
