Role Description

The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Green Bay, WI. While this position is primarily office based, occasional work from home opportunities may be available based on performance and team needs. This role involves working with outside sales representatives and handling inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing quotes, purchasing customer specific materials and maintaining inventory targets. Ensure seamless inventory flow and business continuity by establishing, maintaining, and leveraging strategic vendor relationships. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Purchasing, and Operations—as well as external suppliers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, entering sales orders, quotes, purchasing inventory and customer specific orders.
