Job summary

LKQ Corp. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a customer service associate to promote sales of parts and provide excellent service. You will handle inquiries about warranties, pricing, delivery times and payment methods, and support transactions with accurate order entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of company products and provide customer service.
• Provide information on warranties, pricing, parts quality, delivery times and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (invoices, credits, returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers for new business.
• Enter orders, verify handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow up with customers and inform about delays or substitutions when needed.
