Inside Sales Representative, Westlake Royal Stone Solutions

Job Summary

This position fosters an environment that creates opportunities for Westlake Royal Stone Solutions to sell its products. Develop and maintain consultative relationships with customers and prospects across segments such as Distributors, Contractors, Masons, Multi-Family Builders, and Architects. Understand their needs and respond promptly. Responsible for researching, coordinating, and managing projects for area, regional, and national sales managers. Remote work is an option.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow up with leads via web and email for potential purchases.
  • Make outbound calls to qualify leads for transfer to outside sales reps.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify, and manage the sales process.
  • Use Salesforce/CRM for opportunity management.
  • Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction with architects, builders, contractors, and masons.
  • Utilize lead generation tools for prospecting in the commercial, national, and multifamily sectors.
  • Provide technical and product support to customers.
  • Complete AIA reporting via company portal and website.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and comply with safety policies.
  • Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and scheduling flexibility.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Salesforce/CRM familiarity preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and promotion skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude, with math, estimating, and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training and share expertise.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year of successful sales experience; additional customer service experience preferred.
Physical Demands

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
