About The Role
How do you build a world-class sales organization? By creating a best-in-class Sales Organization. We are actively looking to bring on the best and the brightest professionals to join our Inside sales team to play a crucial role in taking ChartSquad to new heights.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Set up and run meetings/calls for prospective clients
  • Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
  • Meet set KPIs set by the Company, adjusted as necessary in connection with new client deals and prospecting requirements.
  • Identify prospects needs/challenges and suggest appropriate services
  • Attending industry events
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and sales tools
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools as assigned and used in Company operations.
  • Calendar and hold meetings with potential and existing clients regarding the services.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ B2B years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
  • A self-starter with a driven, results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Strong diploatic skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to stay organized in the midst of working potentially hundreds of leads
  • Track record of success in a remote role
  • Experience in attending and exhibiting at industry events
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets - preferably within the Legal Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, active listening, written and verbal communication skills, and professionalism when engaging with clients.
  • Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping both customers and team members.
  • Coach-ability and a team-focused mindset
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
